Twenty-First Performance – Heavy on the Rocks, December 12, De Meester Almere
On December 12th, Revenge performed at Heavy on the Rocks in De Meester, Almere, delivering an extended 1.5-hour set packed with power and energy. The night featured Decode and Eurydice as the opening acts, setting the stage for an intense evening of rock and metal.
This show also marked a special first for the band, with Yentl joining Revenge on backing vocals for the very first time, adding an extra layer of depth and dynamics to the performance.
With a long set, a strong lineup, and a passionate crowd, Heavy on the Rocks became another standout moment in Revenge’s live history.
Twentieth Performance – Wall to Wall
On November 14th, Revenge took the stage at Wall to Wall in De Meester, Almere. With four rock and metal bands on the lineup, the night was intense, loud, and full of energy — perfect territory for Revenge.
The band delivered a tight and explosive set, showcasing their signature mix of heavy riffs, soaring vocals, and raw stage presence. The crowd responded instantly, creating an atmosphere that pushed the band to give everything they had.
It was another unforgettable night for Revenge, proving once again that they belong on every stage where volume, power, and passion collide.
Hondsdol Halloween Edition, Almere
On October 31st, Revenge returned to the stage for Hondsdol’s Halloween Edition in Almere. The band brought a powerful set filled with classics and new material, delivering a night to remember.
They premiered their new song “Always Hurt”, and for the first time with Daan back on drums, performed “My Own Reality.” The set also included fan favorites like “Host of the Night” and “Suffering Sound.”
As a special tribute to Ace Frehley, Revenge closed the show with “Deuce,” sending the crowd into a frenzy.
Buiten Live Festival, Almere-Buiten
On Saturday, the 31st, Revenge performed outdoors at the Buiten Live Festival in Almere-Buiten. Unfortunately, drummer Daan van Ginneken was away on vacation, but once again Henk Biesterveld stepped in to keep the rhythm tight.
The band delivered a fantastic performance, including the debut of their new song “My Own Reality”, which was met great energy and excitement from the audience.
Bevrijdingsfestival, Almere (2025)
On May 5th, 2025, the big moment arrived: Revenge performed at the Bevrijdingsfestival in Almere, the largest stage in Flevoland.
The band was full of energy and excitement, and the crowd responded with equal enthusiasm – the audience went wild. Revenge performed their powerful songs “Time for Revenge” and “Suffering Sound”, delivering a show that will be remembered as one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences in the band’s history.
This performance was a true milestone, and Revenge wants to thank everyone for their support in making this dream come true.
Songs for Freedom - Almere
For their sixteenth performance, Revenge took part in Songs for Freedom, a two-round competition to decide who would earn a spot on the main stage of the Bevrijdingsfestival.
The first round took place at the Cultuurhuis in Almere Buiten, where Revenge impressed both the audience and the judges, winning the audience prize and the jury prize.
The second round – the grand final – was held at De Meester in Almere. Once again, Revenge delivered a powerful performance, and the band was announced as the winner of the competition, securing their place on the Bevrijdingsfestival main stage.
This victory was a huge milestone, showing how Revenge can win over both fans and professionals with their energy and passion on stage.
Utopodium Anniversary, Lelystad
For their fifteenth performance, Revenge returned to the Utopodium in Lelystad for a special anniversary celebration. The owner invited back all the bands that had performed at the venue over the years, making it a festive and memorable evening.
Unfortunately, Daan van Ginneken was unable to attend this show, but once again Henk Biesterveld stepped in to fill his place, ensuring the band could still deliver a tight and energetic performance. With this show, Revenge strengthened their connection to the Utopodium stage and its community.
Farewell Show for Jorg, The Cave, Amsterdam
For their fourteenth performance, Revenge held a full headline show at The Cave in Amsterdam, with Cult of Carnage as the opening act.
The band performed their entire repertoire, giving it their all on stage, and closed the night with “Paradise City”, making it a memorable and emotional farewell for Jorg Fennik. This show marked the end of an era, celebrating Jorg’s contributions and the journey he shared with Revenge.
Hondsdol Love Theme, De Schouwburg, Almere
For their thirteenth performance, Revenge returned to De Schouwburg, Almere for Hondsdol, this time with a love-themed edition.
Despite the romantic theme, the band delivered a powerful and energetic show, packed with classic tracks that had the audience fully engaged. Revenge once again proved their ability to bring intensity and excitement to any event, regardless of the theme.
Metal Battle, New Lineup
For their twelfth performance, Revenge took the stage with their newest lineup, featuring Tim Biesterveld, Julian de Potter, Daan van Ginneken, and the new members Misha van Leeuwen (vocals) and Sem Prins (guitar).
This show was part of a Metal Battle event, and the band debuted their new song “Time for Revenge”, marking an exciting fresh chapter for Revenge. The performance was a fantastic first show with the new guitarist and lead singer, showcasing the renewed energy and chemistry of the band.
Supporting Cult of Carnage
For their eleventh performance, Revenge played as the opening act for the band Cult of Carnage. This show marked an important transition for the band, as it was the final performance with lead singer Fem Ockeloen.
Additionally, Jorg Fennik had decided to pursue a different direction with his music, making this a moment of change for the band. Later on, a farewell show was held for Jorg, celebrating his contribution to Revenge and closing this chapter in the band’s journey.
Wall to Wall, De Meester, Almere
For their tenth performance, Revenge played at Wall to Wall in De Meester, Almere, an event where the size of the stage grows with the number of tickets sold.
Revenge had the honor of closing the evening on the main stage, performing in front of the full audience who had been watching all night. The band delivered a high-energy finale, leaving a strong impression and proving their ability to command a large stage.
Hondsdol Halloween Event, De Schouwburg, Almere
For their ninth performance, Revenge returned to De Schouwburg, Almere for a special Halloween edition of Hondsdol. The band had the chance to perform in costume, creating a spooky and theatrical atmosphere for the audience.
Unfortunately, Daan van Ginneken was unable to attend due to illness, so Henk Biesterveld stepped in as the Devil, adding an extra flair to the performance. The band opened with the line “You wanted the best… well, they’re fucking retired” as a playful nod to KISS, setting the tone for a night full of energy, fun, and Halloween spirit.

For their eighth performance, Revenge took the stage at the Utopodium in Lelystad, marking the band’s first performance outside Almere. They delivered a full set of their own music, supported in the opening act by The Anthems of Steel.
Revenge played for 1.5 hours, captivating the audience with a high-energy show and showcasing their growing presence as a live act. It was a fantastic evening, leaving a lasting impression on the crowd and further solidifying the band’s reputation beyond their hometown.
BBQ Event, Almere Haven
During their seventh performance, Revenge played at a BBQ event in Almere Haven. Unfortunately, Jorg Fennik was unable to join due to personal circumstances.
Despite this, the band delivered an energetic and impressive show, with Tim Biesterveld stepping in to cover Jorg’s solos. The performance demonstrated the band’s flexibility and dedication, keeping the audience entertained from start to finish.
Hondsdol at De Schouwburg, Almere
For their sixth performance, Revenge took the stage at Hondsdol in De Schouwburg, Almere – Het KAF, once again with their new lead singer, Fem Ockeloen.
The band delivered a powerful, high-energy show, featuring standout tracks such as Host of the Night, Suffering Sound, and, of course, Back on Track. The audience was fully engaged, and the performance showcased the band’s growing strength and chemistry with Fem at the helm.
PopSport 2024
In 2024, Revenge entered new territory by performing at PopSport in De Meester (Almere) – a national talent competition for upcoming bands and artists. This show also introduced the band’s new lead singer, Fem Ockeloen, marking an exciting new chapter in their journey.
Although Revenge did not win the competition, the experience proved to be incredibly valuable. The band gained exposure, grew as performers, and even received studio time as a result of their participation.
PopSport was not only a chance to showcase their music to a broader audience but also a moment that strengthened the band’s identity and future direction.
December 20, 2023
The fourth performance of Revenge took place on December 20, 2023, at the Echnaton in Almere. This was a special occasion, as it marked the band’s first live radio appearance, performed once again in the original lineup: Jorg Fennik, Julian de Potter, Daan van Ginneken, and Tim Biesterveld.
The show was part of the Pot 2000 event, where the school aimed to collect 2,000 jars and non-perishable products for the local food bank. Revenge proudly contributed to this meaningful cause with a powerful live set that was broadcast on air, bringing their music to an even wider audience.
December 8, 2023
On December 8, 2023, Revenge reached a major milestone: their very first headline show. The band took the stage with a powerful setlist full of songs from some of the world’s greatest rock and metal artists.
For this special night, Revenge was joined by guest vocalist Noortje from the Almere-based band Invain, adding an extra dimension to the performance.
The show was a huge success the venue was completely packed, and the crowd was dancing, singing along, and celebrating every song. It was an unforgettable evening that marked the beginning of Revenge as a true live act.
September 22, 2023
Just one week after their debut, on September 22, 2023, Revenge returned to the stage for their second show at the Open Stage Night at Café op 2. Once again, the band performed in the original lineup: Jorg Fennik, Julian de Potter, Daan van Ginneken, and Tim Biesterveld.
Although it was a shorter set, the band delivered it with the same passion and energy, playing a selection of great songs that kept the audience engaged from start to finish.
On September 15, 2023, Revenge took the stage for the very first time during the Open Stage Night at the Cultuurhuis in Almere Buiten. This special evening marked the band’s live debut in the original lineup: Jorg Fennik, Julian de Potter, Daan van Ginneken, and Tim Biesterveld.
At that time, the band did not yet have a permanent lead singer, but Tim confidently stepped into the role for this show. The setlist featured powerful covers of KISS, Ghost, Metallica, and Guns N’ Roses, delivering an energetic performance that left a lasting impression on the audience.
To top off the night, it was announced that Revenge would be playing their very first headline show at the Cultuurhuis – a milestone in the band’s journey.
